As our population and patients age or become infirm, we know some will have a hard time coming to visit us in the office.  The physicians, nurse practitioner, dietitian and social worker offer home visits  for elderly patients who need one and are rostered to North Peel Family Health Team.  This service is only offered to patients living in Brampton who are unable to come to the office because of health, mobility issues, or other exceptional circumstances.   While we do our best to accomodate patients, it is also subject to availabiity and feasibility.
