Telephone Health Advisory Service (THAS)

Available outside normal hours,at weekends and holidays:

Weekdays: 5:00pm - 9:00am
Weekends: Fridays 5:00pm–Mondays 9:00am
Holidays: 24 hours

• This service is available to the North Peel Family Health Team’s enrolled patients when our clinics are not open.
• Patients who call THAS have access to a Registered Nurse who will provide them with symptom-based health advice and information.
• If necessary, the nurse will contact an on-call Family Health Team doctor to discuss your symptoms and determine the most appropriate course of action.
